Name the pain first
Nobody needs a lecture on dopamine at 9pm. They need someone to say: yes, this is as hard as it feels, and here is one thing to try tonight.
About BrightlyWired
Homework still not started. Everyone has already been shouted at once. You are on your phone in the hallway searching "ADHD homework meltdown help" and every result is a 3,000-word article about executive function that ends in a newsletter signup.
That night is why BrightlyWired exists.
What we believe
Nobody needs a lecture on dopamine at 9pm. They need someone to say: yes, this is as hard as it feels, and here is one thing to try tonight.
Every strategy list you've saved has 14 bullet points and you've done none of them. We give you one. If it doesn't land, we give you a different one.
This is educational support, built on evidence-based parenting practice. It is not therapy, not a diagnosis, and not a cure. We will never pretend otherwise to sell you something.
Who builds it
BrightlyWired is made by a small team at MindSpring Innovations Inc., working with certified ADHD parent coaches who review the strategies and the language we put in front of you.
We are parents of ADHD kids ourselves. The scenes on this site — the car park crying, the 2am spiral, the fourth email from school — are not marketing personas. They are our own evenings.
We are in early preview ahead of a public launch in October 2026. That means some things here are still being built, and we would rather say so than fake it.
Our promises
BrightlyWired is an educational support for parents and is not a medical diagnosis or treatment. If your child is in immediate danger, call 911. For mental health crisis support in the US, call or text 988.
Two minutes, no credit card, and one thing to try before bedtime.
