BrightlyWired is operated by MindSpring Innovations Inc. By creating an account or using the site, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

You must be 18 or older and the parent or legal guardian of any child whose information you enter. Children do not create their own accounts. You are responsible for supervising your child's use of the practice games.

BrightlyWired is an educational and coaching tool for parents. It is not a medical device, a diagnostic instrument, or a substitute for care from a physician, psychologist, or licensed therapist.

• The attention screener is a parent-report questionnaire. It does not diagnose ADHD or any other condition.
• Coach ACE is an AI assistant. It offers parenting strategies, not clinical advice, and it can be wrong.
• The practice games support attention-related skills. Individual results vary and are parent-reported.
• Nothing on the site should delay you seeking professional evaluation or care.

If your child is in immediate danger, call 911. For mental health crisis support in the US, call or text 988.

Keep your password to yourself and let us know promptly if you think someone else has access. You are responsible for activity under your account. You may close your account at any time from your account settings or by emailing us.

• Paid plans renew automatically each month until you cancel.
• Free trials convert to a paid plan at the end of the trial unless you cancel before it ends.
• Cancel any time from your account settings; access continues until the end of the period you already paid for.
• Prices are in US dollars and may change with at least 30 days' notice to existing subscribers.
• Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see your full card number.

Guides are digital downloads delivered to your account and by email. If a guide is not what you needed, email us within 30 days of purchase and we will refund it — no argument and no form to fill in. Subscription payments already taken are not refunded on cancellation, but you keep access for the rest of the period.

What you write stays yours. You grant us permission to process it so we can operate the service — for example, sending a message to the AI model to generate a reply.

Our guides, copy, games, and designs belong to MindSpring Innovations Inc. You may use them for your own family. Please do not resell, redistribute, or publish them.

• Do not use the service to harm a child or to obtain advice you intend to use harmfully.
• Do not attempt to break, scrape, overload, or reverse engineer the service.
• Do not share your account with people outside your household.
• Do not upload another family's information without their permission.

Coach ACE and the AI tools generate responses automatically. They can produce information that is incomplete, out of date, or simply wrong. Read every suggestion with your own judgement about your own child, and never treat a response as medical guidance.

We aim to keep the service running, but we do not promise uninterrupted access. We may change, suspend, or discontinue features. If we discontinue a paid feature, we will give notice and refund the unused portion of your subscription.

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, MindSpring Innovations Inc. is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

We will update the date at the top of this page when these terms change and email account holders about material changes before they take effect. Continuing to use the service after that means you accept the new terms.
